Welcome back to the school year 2011-2012!

I am looking forward to another exciting year in Phys. Ed. and in Health class.

 Bring your sneakers and a smile.

Health Class assignments for grades 7 and 8 are always due the next time that the class meets. (Tues. or Thurs.)

 We will be enjoying some interesting Physical Challenges in the Mileage Club this year with activities after school in the gym for grades 7 and 8.

Look for dates and times to begin in October!

 Grades 7&8 have Health class every Tuesday and Thursday.

Grades K,2,4,7&8 have Physical Education on Tuesday.

Grades 1,3,5 &6 have Physical Education on Thursday.

 I have been teaching at St. Stephens School since 1982 and feel blessed to have shared so many wonderful years with my students!

Mr. Figler and I have 3 sons who have all attended St. Stephens School.

Outside of school I teach fitness classes, so you can probably tell that I am passionate about what I teach.

I hope to inspire my students to make healthy choices to enrich their lives.
